SendaBasket® was established in Adelaide, South Australia in 1976 as "Send-a-Basket" by two ladies who travelled to Canada where they saw and loved the concept.  They brought it back to South Australia and the original SendaBasket® was born. Before this, nobody was offering a service like this and South Australians fell in love with this unique and beautiful gift idea.  Fast forward 40 years, and SendaBasket continues to create beautifully curated, custom-made hampers, gift baskets and flowers.

Until December 2024, the business operated out of a retail outlet on Duthy Street at Unley.  Costs were high and demand for gift baskets and hampers isn't what it was, so owner Justine decided to relocate the business to a domestic location. Everything still operates as it did - you can order your baskets and have them delivered. Relocation meant we are able to keep our prices much lower than our competitors (and that's always a bonus!)

Flowers and Gift Baskets, Hampers and specially curated Gift Boxes are still very much available and you can custom-make to suit whatever your requirements with a simple phone call to us.
